City Dinkes Budget Absorption Realization Reached Rp 6.84 Trillion

Jakarta Health Dept. (Dinkes) budget absorption realization in 2016 has reached Rp 6.84 trillion or about 83.48 percent from total budget of Rp 8.2 trillion.

The budget cannot optimally be absorbed does not means not realizing the programs

Jakarta Dinkes Head, Koesmedi Prihartono said, budget absorption is not optimally realized because there are efficiencies on budget spending and only several puskesmas renovation that can be continued.

"There is efficiency in e-budgeting because we found out most prices go down when we want to spend it using e-catalog," he answered after being asked by City Council Commission E in joint meeting, Tuesday (7/25).

Commission B Appreciates Budget Absorption of Transportation Dept.

He said, his side can save a lot from hospital and puskesmas budget expenses because of using e-catalog system.

"So, the budget cannot optimally be absorbed does not means not realizing the programs, but because of budget spending through e-catalog system," he confirmed.

He continued, there are continued renovation projects of several puskesmas that cannot be realized due to no recommendation from Jakarta Supreme Audit Agency (BPK).

"Budget to continue puskesmas renovation project had to be returned because auction process is not done," he explained.

From his explanation, Johan Musyawa, Member of City Council Commission E disappointed for Makasar Sub-district Puskesmas construction in East Jakarta that cannot be realized in the end of 2016 because there are no recommendation from BPK.
